I just turned 60 and have lost a phenomenal amount of weight and had sadly declared my neck a "lizard neck." I love this cream. It adds moisture and plumps up fine lines. I have only used this for a week so I can't attest to its sculpting abilities but this feels amazing on my super dry skin. I feel that this helps to reduce my sagging neck a bit and it looks firmer. For that alone, it gets 5 stars. It also helps with those stupid lines around your mouth and I swear there is an improvement with less pronounce marionette lines so I don't look like I am super unhappy all of the time.
